Shipping Costs and Time In order to better serve our customers we DO NOT process your credit card via our site, but check availability in our store and inventory before charging. If the item is out of stock we will cancel your order and not charge your card. This will benefit both parties. This way you will not expect something that is not available and we have to refund your card.

We DO NOT give cash refunds for items purchased online or in the store. As we are a small boutique we can only offer store credit or a size exchange upon availability.
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days for a store credit only when accompanied by a receipt in original condition. We do not accept damaged or worn garments. All accessories, lingerie , consignment and Sale items are a final sale. Please note that if you would like to exchange something from an online purchase you will have to pay for shipping again. All online returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return package back to our fulfillment center; keep the return tracking number.
